About your questionnaire answers

Why we ask

Troy Martin of C2 Financial uses these answers to understand your mortgage goals, prepare for your planning conversation, and personalize client service. These questionnaires supplement your secure loan application.

What you choose to share

We collect your name, email, optional phone number, financing purpose, and the answers you submit. Planning responses may include financial priorities, future expenses, and family circumstances. Personal preferences are optional. Leave out Social Security numbers, account numbers, passwords, and financial documents; provide application documents through the secure loan application portal.

Storage & access

Submitted answers are stored in the website’s private database. The review and PDF download area is restricted to Troy’s authorized account. Responses are not displayed publicly. Hosting infrastructure processes the information to operate the site.

When Troy authorizes the website’s Dropbox connection, completed questionnaires are also delivered as PDFs to his private “1- Client Concierge Forms” folder. Until connected, submissions remain in the private review area. If delivery fails, the website retains your answers for Troy to review and retry. Questionnaires are not automatically emailed. Dropbox processes the PDF to provide its storage service.

Website analytics

If you allow analytics, we record questionnaire starts and successful completions without your answers or contact information. See Website privacy & analytics for your choices.

Your choices

You can skip planning questions you prefer to discuss directly and leave personal questions blank. Submission does not authorize a credit pull or enroll you in marketing. An optional preference for educational updates is recorded for Troy’s review and does not automatically subscribe you.
